I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy New Year’s! I hope that your 2009 is great!

We are spending a quiet night at home just finding whatever there is to see on the television. I gathered the kids and the hubbby together to get a snapshot.

So I don’t know if you make resolutions or not, but I am resolving to lose weight. I’m already working at it and hoping to lose at least fifty pounds this year if I can. That’s my goal. Another resolution is to try and work on stewardship. I think it’s something that every person needs to be working on in one way or the other.

So do you have any resolutions? Have any New Year’s Eve traditions? When we lived in Germany we played games with our neighbors, but people aren’t like that here. I wish I lived closer to some of my other friends from Germany because I know we’d be together tonight.
